2 Steps to Create a Productive Daily Work Schedule
The important business systems that every coach or consultant needs before starting their practice is a productive work schedule. A productive work schedule is extremely important to your business.
One area that this would be important in is your daily schedule, for example; what will you do throughout your day? Are you scheduling time to acquire leads, how much time and what’s the net result in real numbers?
Do you know how much time you need to work on acquiring leads and how many leads that will yield?
If you have that, then you’re off to a good start, next you need to know how much time you’re going to spend on conversions. You will need to know what real numbers you can expect to achieve, from the amount of time you put in.
• First you will need to know for example; that if you spend 3 hours a day acquiring leads it will yield 2 - 3 people whom raise their hand and say that they are interested what you offer.
• Next you will need to know for example; that if you spend 3 - 4 hours on products and programs that the effort will convert 50% of your prospects into clients.
Once you have this information you will be well on your away to knowing what you need to do and how much time it will take. Moreover, you will have the facts that by doing this you will yield that as a net result.
Once you have this information then you will be able to calculate your income. That will also show you how much time you need to work everyday to reach that income, however don’t forget to make time for calls, errands, meetings etc. if those tasks not part of your prospecting and conversion strategy.
